Ingredients:
bread flour : 250 g
water : 150 ml
salt : 6g
fresh yeast : 1.5 g
extra olive oil (required amount)
crushed tomatoes : 200 g
mozzarella : 125 g
fresh basil (to taste)

Dough preparation:
