baking powder : 3 tsp
salt : 1 tsp
milk : 1 cup
vegetable oil : 1/2 cup

salt butter : 1/2 cup
powdered sugar : 4 cups
vanilla extract : 1 1/2 tsp
water or milk : 2-3 tbsp.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (176 ° C) and prepare a cake pan.
Step 2
Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl and mix. Set aside.

Add the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and eggs to a medium bowl and mix.
